bought at Bali stones I have always delivered it there. Our heavy stuff was from Bali stones itself. So I am not sure about the complexities of pick up but you could always email them and ask, or see if where you are purchasing from can drop off. p.s. dont forget receipts.
In 2004 I bought a very large wooden statue from Geneva, I picked a guy with a mini van for transport because I knew what I was going to buy and wanted to drop it straight off. Geneva packed in cardboard for me, but when I got to Bali stones Felicia ripped open the cardboard to take a look. She got me to pay one of her workers 10000rp to stuff it with shreaded paper. (so super cheap for that one).
In 2009 we bought 9 sets of mosaic bowls and the place we bought from in Ubud had box and wrapping paper next door. As my hubby is an X furniture removalist he wanted to pack them in a box - which he did. Packing materials were next to nothing and then we paid 50000Rp for Bali stones to construct a wooden crate around the box to keep it safe. The crate was like fort knox to open at our end and did its job well - all bowls arrived safe and sound.
When you buy items from Bali Stones they add something like 10% of the goods value for packing.
