Mades's Warung II in on Jl Legian/Seminyak, right hand side whilst heading north, after Dhyana Pura on left and before Jl Kunti.
Made's Warung I is on Jl Pantai Kuta, not far from Bemo corner.
Ketupat is on Jl Legian #109, before/north ex Sari site, down a laneway behind Jonathon Gallery. Its on the left heading south.
