Flew with them to Bali on 22nd.August from Melbourne good flight no problems came back in September worst crew fithy plane uncleaned toilet(and this was just after takeoff) and the rudest staff we have ever encountered, in 12 trips to Bali 11 with Garuda who have always been good this rates as a fifty per cent good/bad airline (we used Qantas frequent flyers) otherwise we would have went Garuda again,sent Jestar a letter of complaint and got a standard foboff reply ...they are not interested in customer feedback they just don't care.
