Perama Tours in Bali - they are on internet and will book for you and will tell you how the ticket can be picked up. Using an agent also means if they have your contact they usually notify you of any flight changes. Domestic airlines are still struggling with the concept of e tickets so even if you could book through Merpati you still need to pickup a ticket.
