you will not be able to marry in Indonesia. End of story. The Indonesians feel that a marriage without religion is not a marriage. By the way to marry as a Christian here you don't need any baptismal certificates so "fudging" to the authorities as was mentioned before is not needed. If you use a decent wedding planner they will have a minister that doesn't use too much religion.
