Tommys in Jalan Padma, Legian who makes the best coats and bags in Bali but are slightly more expensive he gets very busy so allow plenty of time.
Hero Leather in Rum Jungle Road, Legian near The Courtyard Hotel is the local bootmaker I have had coats, boots and bags made there and all excellent. Not sure of the exact price as it was with other things but around 250,000 Rupia.
