a BTF pamphlet that reads something like
"Bali Travel Forum users would like to remind hotel guests should that pool lounges should only be reserved while guests are actually using the pool. If leave the area, please take your towel and belongings with you so others who are using the pool area do not miss out."
photocopy a bundle and leave them on the pool lounges that are being reserved, and then leave your left overs on the hotel counter and maybe the hotel will take the hint and police it themselves....
