In Bali at the moment and just an update on the renovations to the Purnama Restaurant at Bali Rani.
It is all screened off and almost completely demolished. The new restaurant, to open in about 3-4 months, will be similar to the Brasserie at the front: ie. white with turquoise - very modern.
Not too much disruption - breakfast is in the Brasserie and seating overflows into the Thai Express if necessary. Budhi is still cooking eggs.
Noise isn't too much of a problem as they aren't using power tools and the pool fountain disguises any other hammering noise.
