last March. And agree with Anniekins' friends, a highlight of my trip. From memory it was $75usd, picked up from hotel super early, off to spice, meat and fish markets. Back to base in Benoa, and worked in teams of two, hands on, following instructions from Heinz and his colleagues. At the end, given a hard copy of all the recipes (or most of them) used during the day, and enjoyed a wonderful morning tea and lunch. Great fun too, trying to shape a satay onto a lemongrass stalk!! The markets are amazing, and see if they show you how to tell whether a chicken lays a brown or white egg :) If you want any more info..just ask
