If a child is doing something to upset your travel, politly ask them to stop and i think you would find, that would be the end of the mater. Their parents probably don't even know that they have upset you and if they were alerted to the problem would fix it. Instead of complaining on here why don't you be an adualt and speak up at the time instead of whinging after the fact.
