Depending on your accommodation house, if they are flexible they may let you use them hotel to hotel, however, its a bit different going to Ubud from Seminyak than the airport. Can you email each of the hotels and tell them where you are moving to and see if they'll take you, or pick you up from your previous accommodation. I'm sure some of them will. Good luck :)
