Sogo at Bali Collections Nusa Dua is just as good if not better than Sogo, Tuban. Lots of other 'more upmarket' shops to look at too in the shppoing centre.
Would suggest that "Splinter" does not know Nusa Dua very well .. lots of local shops/restuarants equal in quality (or better) and value to Kuta, Legian et al around the perimeters of Nusa Dua in Bualu Village.
All of Bali is worth a look and the Nusa Dua bashers are a very tedious lot.
