Skywest has there own company called Skywest Holidays. I have just booked with them and are going with Creative Holidays. I think a lot of people seem to think if you fly Skywest you automaticly go with Island Bound but this is not the case. I have flown Island Bound Holidays many times and have never had a problem. If Skywest do start up direct from Perth enjoy because they are a great airline.
