At least they did for me when coming back to Jakarta 6 weeks back.
Even so, it still worked-out to be quite expensive - had to really get stuck into the beer to try for my money's worth - and food is not really all that exciting either. It didn't appear that there were showers but I did get a 20 minute shoulder massage "thrown-in".
There is now a Bar/Lounge adjacent to the Plaza Premium Lounge which I would probably use next time. I could not see their prices but sure if you just wanted a beer or two (at least you can now buy a beer in LCCT) and a comfortable place to relax, it would work out cheaper than the Premium Lounge.
