my sons ticket. Bought him a cheap one way to fly back with us from Bali in February. He go a job and now has to come home in January. So got him a new ticket and I changed his one into my name and changed the date. Had to do it over the phone but no problem at all.
Allways make sure you ring jetstar between 9am and 5pm so that you get the aussie call centre.
