I did Anika early Sept 09 - did not but ingredients just tour of markets - back at Anika all ingredients already chopped ready to put together.
Only hands on grinding spices, and only 5 in group each put some of ingredients together, the rest was done by staff. was suppose to start 7am - 2pm, started 7.30am fininshed by 11.30am
Got very ill because of a lot of chilly in dishes.
Not good value for A$85.00 ea
