10+ minute walk from the beach. This can also become a $2 and 3 minute taxi ride.
Nearby are the very good Kayu Manis and the KKN restaurants. The Cavern bar in the Condos is one of my favourites in Sanur.
(I had a beer there yesterday, actually I had a beer there the day before as well!)
Wombat & Made who work at the Condos are very friendly and helpful people.
The area around the Condos is interesting. This is the Bali that most people are in too much of a hurry to see.
This is where you will see the local kids playing soccer while a cow grazes in a corner of the pitch. Meanwhile a dog and a chicken will be wandering around amongst the game.
A lot of expats actually live in that area.
