Samorage, I did post a report but it was wiped after a while. No problems for us at SGI. Their manager had become very sick and left to his village for complete rest at no notice. Then they couldn't access the computer booking system for a couple of weeks so people were turning up with bookings confirmed by email but no room and no record of the booking.
I was told by the owner that when the system was retrieved it turned out that a real problem with bookings was made acute by the fact that a group with quite a few rooms had checked in apparently taking advantage of the chaos because they had actually booked one room only.
Anyway by the time we arrived all was back to normal, we had no problems and enjoyed our stay. Although we did have to hide in the laundry to avoid Baldie who wanted to sleep on the floor in our room so that he could sublet his apartment.....
