i have not been to bali before and will arrive there next week. as an aussie, i know i have to get a visa on arrival, but what is this VIPVOA? is there a line/sign for it? if it saves me time, i'll go for it. i don't see how if it is available, it is illegal. this is another country/culture after all, they set the rules, we just play by them. i think it is hubristic to suggest we can change their culture of backhanders by not participating. that's just not going to happen. so i am happy to participate.
any advice on how to get to the VIPVOA line on arrival from perth is much welcomed, thanks guys!
