Hi Baldie I did not mean that the VIP VOA service was not worth it for some people. For me it just was a bit silly for me to do when I already knew my seat number was in the front of the plane and therefore I should be at the front of the line for getting through. I do agree that for the elderly it is great to have the assistance and I think very worthwhile for your 85 year old mother it will give both you and her peace of mind and that's surely worth $27. Hope she has a great time.
