While I have bought small zip lock bags (guessing that's what you're after) at Supernova a few years ago, they're available at similar prices either on Ebay. Better again is if you buy boxes of 1000 pc from your local packaging supplier warehouse - which is where I used to get mine when I was making jewellery. They never had any problem selling me 2 or 3 boxes at a time.
Jewellery displays, I haven't seen cheap in Bali. Have seen lovely wooden ones, but not particularly cheap, and would be bulky to get home. Again, there's sellers on Ebay if you want to buy them cheaply. They can even be purchased online from US suppliers for even less again - but only if you buy in bulk or postage outweighs the discounts.
