where all the visas are processed from the VIP VOA. I have a ASIC visa and do not have to line up either.
Funny thing is that all though you say that all the spare immigration guys are in there processing the VIP VOAS there is actually on 1 to 2 guys in there. I have been waiting having my passport stamped when the VIP VOA guys come in with sets of passports.
I think you will find that the problem in understaffing not that they are all hiding away making some extra cash.
But then you may have experienced something different to me??????
