about 10 and a half, lucky we were just putting the bags in the car when we got a text message to say the flight was delayed. We were going with Jetstar FF points but changed our minds and bought the tickets with Pacific so as to arrive in Bali mid afternoon. (We landed at 3.30am, not a sole in sight, straight through VOA etc ) I rang as instructed later on that morning for a check in time, I was polite and not too worried as things happen and you just move on, anyway the girl on the phone told me we had full flight credits due to the delay except for departure tax. Tickets Premium Economy were about $3100 for 3 people, our credit was for $2949. When I rang on Monday to use the credit it was no problem as long as the seats were available, I only needed the original booking code.
While we were waiting in the departure lounge a few other people said that they got flight credits but the hostess told me she thought not everyone got it? The end result is another holiday for us, using FF points to come home :-) enjoy your holiday
