One of my pet-hates about flying Air Asia is the "dog-eared" In-Flight Magazine in the seat pocket, often with pages removed and scribbled-on.

Seems wacky to me as surely the Advertisers expect a little more for their money as often people will ultimately decide to book a hotel or purchase a product advertised AFTER they have completed their flight.

I admire most of Tony Fernandez' cost-cutting measures but this is definitely not one on my list.
