Physical is probably with the card where you enter the details yourself &
Electronic is where it is put on to your mobile number in the shop where you buy the credit from.
All they need is your phone number.
Electronic used to give you a longer validity time.
Have used both methods without problems (unless the number is indistinct after you sratch the card :)
