I looked into the luggage scale thing and only last week after checking out what was around I bought the Salter Digital Luggage Scale which weighs up to 40kg and is accurate to 100g and weighs only 150g its compact and so easy to travel with. The recommended retail price is $36 but I picked one up on special for $22 in Sydney, but it is still available on special online plus $5 delivery fee.
