I am equally familiar with Malaysia and feel that Bali offers at least an equal variety of foods - if not more in fact. Also living in Indonesia and paying here in Rupiah I can assure you that when comparing the Ringgit prices I pay for something comparable in Kuala Lumpur, Bali and Indonesia generally is much cheaper.
