we showed them bow and arrows,they were packed in cardboard and taped to the guitar case.They weren't sharp enough to be weapons,so after taking them away for inspection they were given back. we had taken the feathers off to spray them and had them in a little bag in the suitcase and had declared them, but they helped us go all thru the bag for the feathers and couldn't find them so let us go with our items. the axe wasn't sharp ,it was made out of a rock and wood,old tribesman stuff,for bonking an animal on the head for their dinner..they were focused on the bow and arrow and the feathers.
it's a bit a bit freaky being taken aside. chanel 7 wre filming but they were in the weapons area,so u wont see the beemays on the border patrol lol
