booking direct hotel bali garden/febris

Hi there , just checking on hotel bali garden beach resort od=r febris to see if these are okay also has anyone booked direct with either hotel is this a safe option don't want to get over to bali and have no accomadation. Also is it cheaper than going thru travel agent.
