more effective in catching and punishing terrorists who have attacked their territories than the Americans have theirs.
Illegal drugs, arms, explosives are trafficked all around the world, and in every country, aided and abetted by crime and corruption.
If the price is right, it is not just Indonesians who are corrupt.
I have faith in the Balinese local Banjar watchdogs and other close communities to make things tough for terrorists.
The last thing any Balinese or Indonesian legally in Bali needs is another 2002.
Nowhere is immune from these issues regretfully.
It's the times in which we live.
