In my original post , if you care to re-read, my point (a) was that it defeated the purpose of a family holiday. In your latest post, your first sentence says exactly the same. So , can you please explain how I am being judgemental , and you are not; also , can you point to the bit where I said they were "nuts" for even considering it? If you are going to quote things for silly point scoring, please ensure you are factual and correct, not make things up to dig yourslef out of your hole. Finally, having dental treatment is your own choice, and jewellery is a stupid analogy as this is not possibly putting the well being of children at risk.
