you can fill one with things to declare and the other with everything else, makes it easier at the airport. Leave all your half empty toiletries behind with your room cleaner (give them a note so that they can prove they were given not stolen).
Only take 4 sets of clothes, laundry is so cheap you can get it done each day, not in the hotel though as that is expensive.
