You don't mention who the bikes are for. You can get them from most places but you have to be careful. Make sure you photograph any damage before you hire and point that out to the person you are hiring from. Around 250,000 per week is a fair price and you can ask for helmets.
WARNING -Bike riding in Bali is very dangerous for those not used to the conditions, even for people who ride over here in Australia. I would consider it very carefully and not do it at all if you are unlicenced. It's just not worth the risk let alone the 70,000 medivac to Australia. Definately not for children or teenagers.
