where can you buy bags of ice?

in the absence of a drive through bottleshop LOL? I've never seen bags of ice for sale anywhere, but can't say I've been looking before either.

We want to fill our soft-sided esky with ice so we can buy fresh meat & seafood in Legian & Jimbaran to take to Balian for our stay over Christmas. Anyone know where to buy ice in bags?
