All has been very quiet on this front lately, as I am sure that people continue to try to get some sort of recompense from Indojet.
I am aware of varying degrees of success, delays and failure to get money back by different people.
I have negotiated a refund agreement with I'Jet for a part refund, payable on or before a given date.
The amount I settled on was the amount I had to pay to get replacement tickets from a low cost carrier.
Indojet answered mails from me yesterday, and advised that they intend to pay the reduced amount refund this week.
I will advise how this goes.
We had an enthusiastic supporter in the cause in our old friend Hammockman, who vowed to get a journo friend on the case, but unfortunately HM has departed to another forum, and this avenue of support has been lost.
It may be of some help to other Indojet "non travellers" if posters can explain where they are at with negotiations, and report any instances of full refunds being voluntarily paid by Indojet, or instances of rejection.
