claiming from travel insurance direct....this is who i booked with this year found them to be oen of the cheapest and there fine print seemed as good as the others last year went with covermore and paid about 120 au this year only paid 57.00au for myself and my 14 year old....so good saving ....but each travel insurnace has t be read to make sure it is right for you want, but as long as you have all the necessary cover for the important stuff then that is good ..cheers
