what you're getting at but I am a nurse as well as a well informed patient. my info came from the doctor who got it from govt health advisory and gave me a print out.anyone can do the same.which is why i had my injections.im also taking malaria tablets :)and acidophilus.also recommended by the doc not the hairdresser LOL
having said that i have found this forum full of invaluable advice that comes from thier personal experienceand i think i'll be the best prepared traveller on the forum come my turn in 22 days :)
