with Westpac on a trip to UK for theft, really good to deal with. Have used it a few times for Bali but haven't made a claim, won't use it anymore as the policy doesn't cover for what we need now. Make sure you read all the small print, some Gold card insurance is for the trip to the airport only and some you have to pay more than 50% on your airfare or hotel. Most will not cover you if on a bike.
