We stayed at Beach Melati in August - firstly in apartment 201 (upstairs, queen bed in 1 room & 2 singles in the other). Great apartment, nicely furnished & decorated.
We then extended our stay by 2 nights & moved downstairs to apartment 102. Probably wouldn't recommend this particular apartment, it was OK for our family of 2 adults + 2 kids for a couple of nights but there were a couple of issues.
The bathroom is located within the master bedroom (which is kind of on a raised platform enclosed on 2 sides by Japanese-style opaque glass doors). You can see into the bathroom/bedroom area from the living area even when the doors are closed, particularly at night when the lights are on. The toilet is located next to the front door, meaning you then have to walk through the bedroom to wash your hands in the bathroom. Apartment was a bit dark & there was construction going on directly next to it, both nights there was work going on until at least 11.00pm. We hadn't even been aware of the construction when we were in the upstairs apartment.
We loved our stay at the apartments & have booked to stay again in a 1st floor apartment in Jan. We preferred the upstairs apartments because they had very spacious balconies, the downstairs ones have less outdoor privacy & space.
Although not included the price, the Coffee Shop at the front of the apartments did a great breakfast & very reasonably priced. They will bring meals up to your apartment if you like, or to the pool area. All in all a great place to stay - highly recommend it.
