Who cares if the driver gets commission if the buyer is happy with the price they're paying and the experience of visiting? It's very interesting to look around, even if you know the coffee isn't processed and packaged there. The fact that you can try them all (for free, no less) before buying is very helpful and there was never any pressure to buy anything.
I would never have bought Kopi & Ginseng in the supermarket, but having tried it at the plantation last year, I loved it and bought some. Got more at the supermarket this year to bring home. It was a little cheaper, but it really wasn't expensive at the plantation anyway, or I wouldn't have bought it.
Good luck to the driver for whatever commission he gets.
