We booked through flight Centre, emialing is a good idea, although I think I read a while ago that they were slow to respond, so see how you go.
We just had a standard room so our expectations were low as it has mixed reviews on trip advisor, but it was just lovely. (I could have run a bottle of bleach over the bathroom but it wasnt too bad and hubby talked me out of it LOL)
We met someone at the Airport who stayed at Plaza Paradise suites and he said it was away from the beach but fantastic.
