the pool temp differs with the time of the year.
Although the temperatures remain fairly constant throughout, the angle of the sun alters, and this can leave the pool in shade for longer periods when the sun is lower.
Therefore people at a certain hotel in say April, will find the temperature colder than someone staying in October.
Long time stayers at KTH ignore the pool at certain times of the year (KTH does not have the inbuilt pool warmer known as the pool bar!).
However, less "temperature sensitive" people still like to go in after a days shopping, and generally kids will go in if you have to break the ice to get in.
