The ugly Australian is alive, well and thriving in Bali.
Why is it that drunk young Australians hold up traffic in front of the Bagus pub, stubbies in hand, being egged on by their mates shouting "ouie,ouie,ouie" trying to force tourists to buy little leather wrist bands off them and when being ignored throw the bands at the tourists.
Why is that they walk the streets in groups, stubbies in hand being general nuisances, thinking they own the place just because they are on holidays.
There are that many bars in Kuta surely they don't have to carry a stubbie from bar to bar.
Why is that when you sit in an internet cafe foul mouth young Aussies sing out at the top of the voice "have f#@*n look at that c*&# ".
Why is that when the DVD seller in the Secret Garden has several dvd's stolen from him buy the husband /boyfriend of a lady his is trying to sell his dvd's to, and then the hubby/boyfriend proudly braggs about it after the seller goes.
Why,why,why, do the young have to mimick everything I did when I was younger.
Haven't they learnt anything from my mistakes!
