Hey gang, just coming to the end of another glorious day in bali, went out shopping at the markets pretty hard core with all the shop workers haggling us and pulling us. was worth is got some great over bathers wear tops , cute embroidery tops, spiderman, batman and superman outfits for the boys. Wont disclose what i paid as you guys would laugh your heads off ! friends got some beautiful leather roman sandals, and found great fake joy bracelets half price in silver shop in garlic lane. Caught up with some friends form Sydney at Blossom last night amazing dinner, lobster pasta , betel leaves with prawn and coconut, and of course the hot chocolate pudding and ice-cream. Really good! very expensive due to the bottle of Chilean pinot! ventured out to Carreforre, was disappointed as had one little tin of babyfood in the huge store, but got formula, new baby bottle as a mouse had munched through one of ours last night to get to some milk :(. very busy at the shop today. had yummy lunch at Wayan and friends ! cheap great . Some friends of ours arrived, staying in one of the Jayakarta residences well they are really really unempressed even after scrubbing the place top to bottom with bleach, it is dismal dark rundown and old , needless to say some heated words in that husband and life team !. popped in and had much needed manicure and pedicure at my old fav body works brilliant and beautiful as always :)
anyway urgently need some suggestions for a tailor and leather goods maker as we shopped around today and they all are closing for Ramadan. Anyone know of any that may stay open ??? greatly appreciated thanks
