but we booked a driver 3 months ago, we stayed at rama candidasa. WE only gave him 290.000 rupiah. YOu can try to book him to his email at jojobali@yahoo.com He is a nice guy, we like him and we asked him to pick us up to ubud after staying 3 nights there.
