BGH and have never had a problem with them at all. You are so lucky being able to stay there as we were regulars that always stayed there, even when the hotel was only 30% full, and now everyone has discovered it and we haven't been able to get in. Oh well at least we have experienced some different hotels and who knows maybe one day we will be able to get back to BGH. Enjoy!!!
