Maybe because it is a bit funkier than the others, has an electric hot plate which the others don't. It's on its own not connecting to another apartment. Has a nice garden view. My friends and I have stayed at nearly all the one bedroom ones and they are very similar. I prefer the ones with the garden view from the balcony.
