Hi, We have been home from Bali for a week, we stayed at KTH for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom apartment. I am in a wheelchair and found the access around KTH fine. The streets around are skinny but we just moved to one side and bikes just went around us and if a car was coming we just pulled into the nearest space and waited till they went by. As far as transport goes we for the most, had no problem with taxis and our driver has a larger car. It was a bit tricky but with patience everything was fine. KTH was a great place to stay, and in a great spot, there is a ramp out the front and the staff are more than happy to help. Infact everyone in Bali is more than happy to help.
