I was not saying it was easy but I have never had a problem driving down the gangways, from KTH to Poppies 2 down gang Ronta it is one way for cars and trucks (ute's) that carry 4 tonnes, and so far as taxi drivers go there are drivers and there are drovers which most taxi drivers are the latter. Also I have ordered Bluebird taxis from KTH to various destinations and none have failed to turn up.
So far as strollers go Kuta and Legian area are not the best for this activity.
