for your connecting flight to Bali checkin counter will close 45 mins prior to departure.
Last June we sailed through customs and were out the front of the airport in under 15mins, march this year we found there were more 'tourist' so lines were longer and took about 30mins.
Chances of the plane leaving gold coast late are alot slimmer than it leaving KL or Bali late...............hence arriving on time.
Go to 'your booking' on the air asia website and 'pretend' you are changing your flight, this will show how much it will cost to change your flight, if your worried about missing your connecting flight
